This course is suitable for all kinds of births and families. Whether you're expecting your first baby or looking for a different experience this time around, you'll leave feeling informed, empowered, and supported — and so will your birth partner.

What’s Included in the Calm Birth Preparation Course?
The course includes three in-depth sessions, each lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, along with guided MP3s for home-based relaxation practice.
For first-time parents, there’s an optional fourth session covering the early postnatal period and baby care essentials.

While you can start at any stage, most parents begin the course after 20 weeks to give plenty of time to practise the techniques.
