What To Expect

Sarah's smoking cessation package begins with a free telephone consultation. During this call, Sarah will explain what to expect during the session, introduce the basics of NLP (neurolinguistic programming), and describe what hypnotherapy feels like. This initial consultation is a vital step to ensure that both you and Sarah feel confident about working together. If you decide to proceed and Sarah believes she can assist you, you will schedule your session to become smoke-free. Prior to your session, Sarah will provide you with a few small tasks to help you prepare. These tasks are designed to get you ready for the session and to start the process of changing your mindset about smoking. The actual session lasts approximately two hours, with the first 90 minutes focused on changing your thought patterns using various NLP techniques. These techniques are aimed at helping you reframe your relationship with smoking and building a solid foundation for lasting change. Once you're comfortable, the session will move on to the hypnosis phase. During this part, you'll learn powerful techniques to manage any cravings that may arise. This deeply relaxing state allows your subconscious mind to absorb new, healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. To reinforce the session, you'll receive a recording of the hypnosis to take home, which you can use to continue supporting your smoke-free journey. Most clients find that they only need one session to become completely smoke-free. To ensure your continued success, Sarah offers a 30-minute follow-up session within six weeks. This session provides an opportunity to recap, address any concerns, and reinforce your progress. Additionally, you will receive a follow-up email summarising the session, along with the hypnosis recording, to keep you on track towards your goal of living a smoke-free life
